Terms of Service
1. The service
ClipPilot is an application by backend2 that helps prepare and schedule posts on a YouTube channel: it suggests text (AI) and a publish time, and writes them to the channel only when you ask it to.
2. YouTube terms
This app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Access
Only Google accounts we have approved can use the app. We may revoke access; you revoke it by signing out or in your Google account (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the content on your channel, including AI-suggested text you saved.
- AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete — review them before saving.
- Do not use the app in breach of YouTube Community Guidelines or the law.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee views or results of a suggested time, nor that YouTube or Google APIs are always available. We are not liable for changes you saved yourself.
6. Changes and law
We may change these terms; the new version applies from publication on this page. The law of the Republic of Serbia applies. Contact: sasam09@gmail.com.
